Man arrested after knife robbery at Wegberg bank
A 41-year-old man allegedly entered a bank branch at Rathausplatz in Wegberg on 22 October and demanded cash while brandishing a knife. After receiving a low two-digit sum in coins, he left the branch. Police officers arrested him nearby shortly afterwards. He was due to appear before a remand judge at Aachen Local Court the following day.
