Flatmate seriously injured with knife in Waldbronn
A 40-year-old man is accused of attacking his 36-year-old flatmate with a knife at their Waldbronn home on the evening of 12 October. Police and prosecutors said the incident followed an argument linked to disagreements that had already arisen the previous day. The suspect allegedly first struck the man in the face with a fire extinguisher and then inflicted cuts and stab wounds to his upper body. The victim was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Police arrested the suspect, and a judge ordered pre-trial detention.
