Unknown man threatens youths with knife in Waldbröl
On the evening of Saturday, 24 January, an unknown man threatened three youths with a knife on Oststraße in Waldbröl. When he made a movement with the knife towards one youth, the youth fended it off with his hand and struck the man. The youth sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital, while the other two were unhurt. The unknown man fled and lost the knife, which was secured. An initial search did not locate him.
