Three people found dead with stab wounds in Villingen-Schwenningen
A 45-year-old man found his 45-year-old wife and their two minor sons unresponsive in an apartment in Villingen-Schwenningen on the evening of 4 February. Emergency services confirmed the deaths of all three people, who had stab wounds. Police found a knife in the apartment that may have been the weapon used. Initial investigations indicate that the woman may first have killed her sons and then herself. Criminal police continue to investigate, including a possible motive.
