Man injured in arm during robbery in Trier
A man was injured in the arm with a stabbing or cutting instrument during a robbery on Roonstraße in Trier in the early hours of 16 July. Police said an unidentified perpetrator approached him while he was walking home from a hospitality venue and initially tried unsuccessfully to steal his wallet. The perpetrator then inflicted the stab injury, after which the victim handed over the wallet. The suspect fled in the direction of Porta Nigra. Criminal police are seeking witnesses.
