Man threatens passengers in Trier with utility knife
An argument involving several people occurred on a bus in Trier at about 8 p.m. on 12 April. Police said a man had allegedly filmed a woman with his mobile phone and was then confronted by other passengers. All those involved got off at the Aacher Straße stop. The suspect allegedly pulled out a utility knife, held it in front of himself and threatened the others with it. One person kicked him to keep distance, after which the man put the knife away. Officers restrained the heavily intoxicated suspect, secured the knife and opened proceedings for threats.
