Man threatens woman with knife at Traben-Trarbach station
On 12 August, a 42-year-old man is alleged to have threatened a 35-year-old woman with a knife about 20 centimetres long at Traben-Trarbach station. Following a verbal argument, he first put her in a headlock. Witnesses separated them, but after leaving the area, he returned and held the knife to her chest. Another witness prevented an escalation. The man initially fled but was later found by police at his home and taken into custody.
