Man threatens police officers in Stuttgart with kitchen knife
A 34-year-old man is alleged to have threatened police officers with a kitchen knife in Stuttgart's Klett Passage on 23 February. At about 6:30 p.m., the man approached a police patrol and initially made confused statements. During the conversation, he allegedly pulled the knife from the front pocket of his sweatshirt and threatened the officers with it. He was provisionally detained with assistance from federal police and a passer-by. After police measures were completed, he was taken to a psychiatric hospital.
