Neighbour seriously injured with knife in Straubing
Following an argument in a house where both men lived, a 60-year-old man is alleged to have seriously injured his 44-year-old neighbour in the neck with a knife in Straubing. The victim reached residents of a neighbouring house, who provided initial aid and called police; he was then taken to hospital. The suspect was provisionally arrested at the scene. Following a court appearance, a detention order was issued over suspected dangerous bodily harm and he was taken to a correctional facility.
