Man injured in knife stabbing during dispute in Stade-Bützfleth
On 5 November, two men became involved in a dispute at the entrance to a PENNY supermarket in Stade-Bützfleth. Police said a 45-year-old man allegedly first struck his 51-year-old acquaintance, then pulled out a knife and stabbed several times towards the victim's upper body and head. The man sustained injuries to his arms and head while defending himself and was taken to Stade Elbe Hospital after initial treatment; his life was not in danger. The suspect was provisionally detained shortly afterwards and taken into police custody. Police are seeking witnesses.
