Armed robbery at bakery in Schorndorf
On the afternoon of 14 August, a man allegedly entered a bakery in Schorndorf, held a folding knife in front of an employee and demanded cash. He took the cash-register key but did not obtain money, then fled to a waiting driver in a small car. A witness had noted the vehicle registration number. Police arrested two men shortly afterwards; warrants were issued for both but suspended subject to conditions.
