Man threatens neighbour with knife in Schopfheim
A 28-year-old man is alleged to have threatened a neighbour with a knife in a house on Entegaststraße in Schopfheim on 19 February. He then went into the town centre, where police apprehended him near the police station and took him into custody.
According to police, the man later resisted while being transported to a specialist psychiatric hospital. Three officers sustained minor injuries, although none was declared unfit for duty. He was ultimately taken to the hospital by ambulance under police escort.
