Woman injured in hand during knife attack in Salzgitter
A 44-year-old woman was injured in the hand by a knife after an argument in Salzgitter on Tuesday morning. Police said an unidentified woman had first followed her by car and confronted her at the junction of Kattowitzer Straße and Sudermannstraße. She then allegedly tried to stab the woman. The victim fended off the stab but sustained a hand injury. The alleged perpetrator fled in her car, and police are seeking information.
