Man allegedly intimidated former partner with a knife in Saalekreis district
In the southwest of Saalekreis district, a man allegedly intimidated his former partner with a knife during an altercation. Police said the woman was then unable to leave the home because the man had allegedly threatened and locked her in. An uninvolved person alerted police. The woman was freed from the home, received outpatient medical care and spent the night in a safe place. An investigation was opened against the suspect.
