Four men injured in altercation in Rüsselsheim
Four men were injured during an altercation near a municipal shared and homeless accommodation facility in Rüsselsheim during the night of 2 June. A 57-year-old man was taken to hospital with stab wounds; according to police, his injuries were not life-threatening.
Investigators say the 57-year-old is alleged to have gone to the facility carrying a metal bar. Two men aged 40 and 46 were allegedly injured by blows from the bar before the three other participants attacked the 57-year-old. All four men were provisionally detained. Criminal police are investigating the background to the incident.
