Man remanded after allegedly injuring wife with knife

A 39-year-old man is alleged to have injured his wife in the neck with a knife during an afternoon argument in their shared apartment in Rottenburg. The woman initially went to a police station herself, received initial medical care there and was then treated as an outpatient at a clinic. At the time, there was no specific danger to her life. Police provisionally detained the suspect at the apartment and seized the alleged weapon; a judge later ordered his remand in custody.
