Armed man demands fentanyl in Rothenburg ob der Tauber
A 34-year-old man allegedly entered a pharmacy in Rothenburg ob der Tauber at about 13:00 on 2 January and demanded fentanyl from an employee while threatening her with a knife. Colleagues noticed the situation and addressed the man. He fled without any loot but later turned himself in to police. Police arrested him and released him after investigative measures. Nobody was injured; the investigation concerns suspected robbery-related extortion.
