Man injured in attack with object in Rotenburg

A 31-year-old man was injured near the former savings bank in Rotenburg at about 2:22 a.m. on 26 July. Police said one man had initially spoken to a person sleeping there before another man joined them. The conversation between the men developed into an altercation in which one of them allegedly struck or stabbed the 31-year-old with an object. The victim suffered cuts to his face and neck and was taken to hospital. The suspected attacker fled towards Mühlenende on a women's bicycle.
