A teenager is alleged to have insulted and threatened a man known to him in Rostock-Groß Klein on 23 March while holding a knife. Police identified the teenager as the suspect. When plain-clothes officers approached him near Schröderplatz that afternoon, he initially fled but was stopped in a courtyard. Police said he also threatened and insulted officers there, offered substantial resistance and was taken into custody for further measures.
