Man remanded after two armed robberies in Rosenheim
A 25-year-old man is alleged to have carried out two knife-armed robberies in Rosenheim within a short period on 19 March. Police said he first threatened an employee at a lottery and magazine shop at Salinplatz and demanded money, but fled without taking anything. He is then alleged to have taken a low three-figure sum from a bakery in the Stadtcenter; an employee was slightly injured but did not require medical treatment. Police provisionally detained the man after a search. An investigating judge issued a detention order and the suspect was taken to a correctional facility.
