Handbag robbed at knifepoint in Römerberg
According to police, a young woman was robbed of her handbag in Römerberg on 13 June at about 20:15 while a knife was held up to threaten her. She called emergency services. Following a search, police located and provisionally detained a suspect shortly afterwards, recovering the alleged weapon and the handbag. Initial inquiries indicate that the two knew each other and had arranged to meet. An argument developed during the meeting and culminated in the robbery.
