Petrol station robbed at knifepoint in Regensburg
A masked man is alleged to have entered a petrol station on Friedenstraße in Regensburg on Sunday morning and demanded the till from an employee while displaying a knife. He stole a two-digit sum in coins and fled. The employee had tried to hold him. During the search, police stopped a 26-year-old man and found a balaclava. He was provisionally arrested; after being brought before an investigating judge, a detention order was issued and the suspect was taken to prison. Criminal police are investigating.
