Man remanded in custody after knife attack in Pforzheim
A 46-year-old man was allegedly attacked with a knife during an altercation in an apartment in Pforzheim's Huchenfeld district and suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. He escaped from the apartment and was taken to hospital. Police provisionally arrested the 35-year-old suspect inside the apartment and secured the alleged weapon. A judge ordered the suspect held in pre-trial detention on suspicion of attempted manslaughter and risk of absconding.
