Man held after suspected knife stabbing outside restaurant
A 24-year-old man was seriously injured outside a restaurant on Maulbronner Straße in Pfaffenhofen early on Saturday. Police said he had become involved in a physical altercation with a 33-year-old man. The suspect allegedly stabbed him in the chest with an as-yet unidentified object, believed to have been a knife. The 33-year-old initially fled but was provisionally arrested shortly afterward. A judge executed an arrest warrant for attempted manslaughter and dangerous bodily harm; the injured man was later reported to be out of danger.
