Masked offender robs Papenburg gaming venue with knife
A masked offender threatened an employee at a gaming venue on Flachsmeerstraße in Papenburg with a knife and demanded cash on Tuesday morning. The employee handed over the money. The offender then left the venue and fled in an unknown direction. Police are seeking witnesses.
