Man injured with pocketknife during dispute at bus stop
A 20-year-old man was injured with a pocketknife at the Westerntor bus stop in Paderborn on the evening of 26 April. The incident followed a verbal dispute involving four young women, which the boyfriend of one participant attempted to defuse. After pushing and shoving began, an unknown man drew a pocketknife. The 20-year-old used animal repellent spray but was nevertheless injured twice in the upper body. Police said his girlfriend was struck in the face and injured by a female suspect. The man was released from hospital after treatment, and police are seeking witnesses while investigating three unknown suspects.
