Teenager arrested after knife robbery at Osnabrück petrol station

A teenager is alleged to have threatened an employee at a petrol station on Pagenstecherstraße in Osnabrück with a knife and forced her to hand over cash during the night into Tuesday. Police said he entered the sales area at about 2.15 a.m., demanded money while threatening violence and also took a bottle of vodka. He allegedly initially fled afterwards. Officers found him at a residential facility about two hours after the robbery and provisionally arrested him. No injuries were reported, and the investigation into the background is ongoing.
