Man remanded after alleged knife attack in Osnabrück
A 49-year-old allegedly stabbed a 47-year-old repeatedly with a knife in a flat on Im Wegrott in Osnabrück. The 47-year-old had entered the flat on Friday evening after its minor resident opened the door. Before police arrived, an altercation took place between the accused man and the later victim. The injured man was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The 49-year-old was arrested at the scene, and a judge ordered pre-trial detention. Investigators say monetary demands are connected to the incident.
