Man threatens person with knife in Offenburg
In central Offenburg, a 32-year-old man allegedly used a knife to puncture several vehicle tyres late on Monday evening. After a passer-by apparently brushed his arm, he is said to have threatened that person with the knife. No one was injured. Police provisionally detained the man at the scene.
