Man remanded in custody after knife threats in Nürtingen

During an argument in the Wörth-Gärten in Nürtingen, a 37-year-old man is alleged to have threatened two people with a knife and attempted to injure them with it. The dispute began on 14 May while four people were meeting; the man is also alleged to have tried to strike a 35-year-old woman with a bottle. During the ensuing physical confrontation, a 55-year-old man sustained minor injuries after being struck with a wooden board and did not require immediate medical treatment. The 37-year-old initially fled, was later detained, and a folding knife was seized. A judge subsequently issued and enforced a remand order.
