Knife attack at Nuremberg restaurant leaves one man injured

A dispute involving several people broke out at a restaurant on Pillenreuther Straße in Nuremberg on 8 November. When those involved were asked to leave, an unidentified person allegedly tried to injure a 31-year-old employee with a knife. Other people intervened, and the employee was not injured.

The unidentified suspect and companions fled. The 47-year-old restaurant owner initially followed them and was also attacked with a knife, suffering minor injuries. Police found a weapon believed to be the knife near the scene. The homicide unit is investigating on suspicion of attempted homicide.
