57-year-old dies after numerous knife wounds; suspect sought
On the evening of 13 February, a 57-year-old man was found seriously injured during a larger police operation in North Rhine-Westphalia. He died at the scene. An autopsy the following morning confirmed that he had been killed by numerous knife wounds. Prosecutors in Dortmund applied for an arrest warrant on suspicion of manslaughter against a 36-year-old man from Recklinghausen. The suspect remains at large and has been listed for arrest.
