Man seriously injured in altercation in Nordenham
A 23-year-old man suffered multiple injuries to his upper body during an altercation at his apartment in Nordenham on the night of 8 November. The stab wounds were initially assessed as potentially life-threatening, and he underwent surgery that night.
Police said three acquaintances had visited the man and that conflicts had reportedly existed before. Two suspects were provisionally detained outside the apartment building but were later released from custody. They are being investigated for dangerous bodily harm. Investigations into a third person allegedly involved are continuing.
