Teenager seriously injured with knife during dispute in Neuruppin
A child and a teenager became involved in a dispute near a shopping centre on Junckerstraße in Neuruppin on the afternoon of Saturday, 4 January. At about 16:15, the child is alleged to have attacked the teenager with a knife and seriously injured him. Both received medical treatment in hospital. The Neuruppin public prosecutor's office is investigating on suspicion of attempted homicide. According to police, criminal prosecution of the child is excluded because of criminal incapacity.
