Minor remanded in custody after knife attack in Neulehe
A minor is alleged to have seriously injured a 21-year-old man with a knife in a residential area of Neulehe. Police said the incident occurred during the night before 13 September. The minor was provisionally detained on 17 September and has since been remanded in custody. Investigators are treating the case as suspected attempted manslaughter and dangerous bodily harm and are seeking witnesses.
