Man threatens homeowner with knife during robbery in Nettetal
During a robbery at a detached house in Nettetal-Kaldenkirchen, two unknown men allegedly broke in during the night of 23 March. They encountered a married couple in the bedroom and demanded cash. According to police, one of the men threatened the homeowner with a knife that he may have found in the kitchen. After the 70-year-old handed over a low three-figure sum, the offenders fled. Criminal investigators are seeking witnesses.
