Man found with stab wounds at Munich’s Scheidplatz
A 21-year-old man sustained stab wounds inflicted by another person and lost a great deal of blood. Passers-by found him near a bus stop at Scheidplatz in Munich at around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Emergency services took him to hospital for surgery, after which his life was no longer in danger. Police collected evidence and searched the area for the unknown attacker but made no arrest. A specialist unit is investigating an attempted homicide; how and why the attack happened remains unclear.
