Two people injured in knife attack in Munich
Two people were injured with a knife during an altercation outside a residential building on Adam-Berg-Strasse in Munich-Ramersdorf early on 1 June. A 34-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man sustained upper-body injuries, received emergency medical care and were taken to hospital for further treatment. Police encountered a 37-year-old suspect at the scene, arrested him and secured the weapon. Initial findings indicate that a previous relationship between the suspect and the injured woman may have been connected to the altercation; criminal police are investigating.
