Man threatens residents in Munich with kitchen knife

In an apartment building in Munich-Ramersdorf, a 57-year-old resident is alleged to have threatened other people with a kitchen knife on 17 January. After an emergency call, police entered the apartment, secured the man and seized the knife. The man was not injured. Due to his dangerous behaviour, he was taken to a psychiatric clinic and reported for making threats. Initial findings indicate that a tenancy-related dispute may have preceded the incident.
