Elderly woman injured in robbery involving pointed weapon in Mülheim
Two minors are suspected of snatching a necklace from an 82-year-old woman on Haferkamp street in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The female suspect is alleged to have embraced the elderly woman while the male suspect reached toward her neck and took the necklace. He is then alleged to have pushed her to the ground, causing minor injuries. According to initial findings, the male suspect is alleged to have held a pointed weapon during the offence. Both suspects were provisionally detained after a police search, and investigators are treating the case as aggravated robbery.
