21-year-old seriously injured with sharp object in Minden
A 21-year-old man was seriously injured late on 24 August at the main gate of Südfriedhof cemetery in Minden. According to the initial findings, at least two unknown attackers allegedly struck him from behind at about 11:25 pm and injured him with a sharp object. Emergency personnel took him to hospital after providing initial treatment. The attackers fled towards the cemetery grounds, and a police helicopter search did not locate them. Police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
