Man slightly injured in knife attack in Minden
A 39-year-old man was slightly injured in the head during a dispute at an apartment building on the right bank of the Weser in Minden. Police were called to Dombrede at about 16:40 and found the man with a cut to his head. After initial treatment in an ambulance, a more serious injury was ruled out.
According to preliminary findings, a knife may have been used in an attack during the dispute. Officers arrested a 43-year-old suspect at an apartment near the scene. Following a court appearance in Bielefeld, a detention order was issued at the request of prosecutors.
