Man injured in hand with scissors during robbery in Menden
A man was injured in the hand with scissors during a robbery on Hönnetalstraße in Menden on the afternoon of 20 July. The unknown offender had first asked for small change. When the man opened his wallet, the offender held scissors in front of him, demanded banknotes and stabbed his hand with them. He then fled toward Lendringsen with several banknotes. An ambulance took the injured man to hospital for treatment. Police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
