Man allegedly threatens victim with knife outside Memmingen supermarket

Following an argument outside a supermarket in Memmingen, a 34-year-old man was allegedly threatened with a knife by another man. Officers encountered a 23-year-old man at the scene who, according to police, appeared to be significantly under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Officers restrained him and found a prohibited knife in his trouser pocket. He was taken to hospital for further assessment, and police are investigating him, including on suspicion of making threats and carrying a prohibited knife.
