Man threatens person with folding knife in Memmingen
A 33-year-old man threatened a person with a folding knife in Memmingen on Friday. He had previously been involved in a verbal dispute with another person at the market square. Officers called to the scene found that the man was in an acute mental health crisis. While being taken to hospital, he resisted and insulted the officers; he is being investigated, among other matters, for making threats, resisting law-enforcement officers and insult.
