Attempted knife attack at accommodation facility in Marsberg
At an accommodation facility for migrants on Bahnhofstraße in Marsberg, a 38-year-old man is alleged to have threatened a 19-year-old fellow resident with a kitchen knife during a dispute on 14 June. Police said he also attempted to stab the man after causing damage in his room. The 19-year-old escaped unharmed and alerted police. The suspect was moved to another accommodation facility, while investigators examine the circumstances of the incident.
