Woman injured with knife during dispute in Mainz apartment
A 34-year-old resident was injured with a knife during a dispute with a 35-year-old resident in an apartment in Mainz's Oberstadt district. The incident occurred at about 22:10 on Wednesday in Berliner Straße. Emergency services took the woman to hospital, and police said her injuries were not life-threatening. The man was initially taken to a police station for further measures and was later released in consultation with prosecutors. He is under investigation on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
