27-year-old dies after stab injury in Lüneburg apartment
A 27-year-old man suffered a stab injury to the upper body after a dispute involving several people in an apartment in a Lüneburg multi-family building. Police and emergency services initially treated him, but he died in hospital that afternoon from the severity of his injuries. Police provisionally detained an 18-year-old man and a 40-year-old man who were believed to have been involved in the altercation. A kitchen knife was secured as the suspected weapon. Investigations into the sequence of events and the background are continuing.
