Knife allegedly used in attack at Limburg station

According to police, a 25-year-old man was unexpectedly attacked by a group at a bus stop on Bahnhofplatz in Limburg at about 8 p.m. on Friday. A knife was allegedly used in the attack, although police said it did not injure the man. The attackers fled in an unknown direction, and the 25-year-old was taken to hospital. Police deployed several patrols to search for those involved. A separate group confrontation took place on Bahnhofplatz two days later; investigators are still examining whether the incidents are connected.
