Man injured in neck with knife in Lauterecken
A 26-year-old woman is alleged to have injured a 46-year-old man in the neck with a knife at an apartment building in Lauterecken during the night before 9 February. The heavily bleeding wound required medical treatment but was not considered life-threatening at that stage of the investigation. The man was able to leave hospital. The suspect waited for police, was temporarily detained, and was released after police measures were completed. She is being investigated on suspicion of attempted homicide.
